We definitely love to eat. We could miss a train, a plane, or a meeting but we would never ever miss our meal! Missing a meal is like forgetting to breathe. Nope. Can’t do it.
Eating regularly is one of those basic things that you’re taught when you’re younger, so stick with it. Make sure you get in all your meals everyday! Take the time to sit down and have lunch. It’s healthy, and you can make the most of it!
One of my favorite lunch spots is Bistro no. 19 (street - Karolíny Světlé 19), where I often go to have a delicious lunch with my friend Adela. This bistro is really inspiring because it’s not only a place for food, but it’s also a gallery where you can buy really cool stuff. They carry designer cups, bowls, and kettles, but my absolute favorite things they sell are aprons designed by Czech fashion designers (check them out here: www.zasterka.cz).
The food in Bistro no.19 is also tasty. Everything they serve really has that homemade feeling… because it is! The dad of one of the owners just so happens to be the chef there.
Their menu changes daily. Every day they serve a seasonal soup and two different choices for the main course, and ne of them is always vegetarian.
It’s also a great place to just grab a piece of pie or a cup of coffee. I went there yesterday and seriously had one of tastiest pies I’ve ever had in my entire life. (It was a pie with poppy seed filling and plums! Get it.)
Alright, well now I’m getting hungry. Make sure you get a good lunch (there or anywhere) tomorrow :-))
